1. Pre-Cleaning Inspection & Risk Awareness
Before cleaning begins, we carry out a general visual inspection of the carpet and surrounding areas to determine the most appropriate cleaning approach.
This may include checking:
Overall carpet condition and visible wear
Signs of odour or pet-related contamination
Basic access, ventilation, and safety considerations
Purpose:
To reduce the risk of unnecessary damage and to select a suitable cleaning method in line with accepted industry practices.
Please note: hidden defects, pre-existing damage, or sub-surface conditions may not be identifiable during a visual inspection.

2. Dry Soil Removal (Professional Vacuuming)
Where required, professional vacuuming is performed prior to wet cleaning to remove loose surface soil and debris.
This step helps improve overall cleaning effectiveness.

3. Pre-Spray Application
An appropriate cleaning solution is applied to loosen deep-seated soil prior to extraction .

4. Spot & Stain Treatment (Where Applicable)
If suitable, visible spots or stains may receive targeted treatment using professional products.
Complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or only partially improved.

5. Agitation (As Required)
Mechanical agitation may be used where appropriate to assist the cleaning solution in working evenly through the carpet fibres.

6. Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
Hot water extraction is used to rinse and remove loosened soil and residues from the carpet.
This process is designed to deliver a deep, refreshing clean while maintaining the integrity of the carpet fibres.

7. Final Check
Once cleaning is complete, a final visual check is conducted to confirm the overall result and identify any areas that may require further attention.

8. Job Completion & Handover
The work area is left tidy and secure.
A paid tax invoice and any requested documentation will be provided upon completion.
※Disclaimer – The above cleaning process may be modified depending on carpet condition, level of contamination, pre-existing damage, environmental factors, and on-site safety requirements. All procedures are applied appropriately according to the specific circumstances of each property.
※Disclaimer – The pricing above is based on carpets in generally standard condition. Final pricing may vary depending on carpet size, overall condition, property type (including apartments), access requirements, or travel distance. Any variation will be discussed prior to commencement.
※Our Service Standards Please be advised that for health and safety purposes, service may not be available for carpets in severely poor condition, featuring extensive mold or mildew growth, or with severe pet-related hygiene issues.
