If pets have been kept at the premises, most tenancy agreements in Western Australia (WA), under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA), require a professional End of Lease Flea Treatment to be completed prior to key return.
• This requirement is commonly referred to as Carpet Fumigation, Pet Bond Flea Spray, or an End of Lease Flea Treatment.

External treatment is applied only to key external areas and does not extend to all external areas of the premises.
Where weather conditions (such as rain or strong winds), or safety and treatment-effectiveness considerations apply, external treatment **may be excluded at the technician’s assessment.
The certificate is issued for verification purposes only, confirming that the service has been completed.
End of Lease Flea Treatment Warranty – limited warranty is valid only while the property remains vacant and automatically ceases once the property condition changes, including occupation, trades access, furniture or pet introduction, additional cleaning, or other environmental changes.
