Important Information
All indoor or indoor/outdoor treatments require occupants and pets to vacate the property for approximately 3 hours. Re-entry is permitted once the treated areas are completely dry.
Prices are based on residential properties up to a 450 sqm block size.
Severe ant infestations may require two visits for effective treatment, and additional charges may apply.
Based on the professional judgment of our licensed pest technician, services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, traffic delays, natural events, site hygiene conditions, or other factors affecting the safe completion of the work.
Additional charges may apply where site conditions or circumstances require extra time, materials, or specialised treatment.
Warranty
Our warranty is valid for 3 months from the initial service date and applies only where there is a clear defect in the technician’s treatment procedure or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover reinfestation caused by external sources, neighbouring properties, environmental factors, or changes to the treated area.
End of Lease Flea Treatment Warranty – limited warranty is valid only while the property remains vacant and automatically ceases once the property condition changes, including occupation, trades access, furniture or pet introduction, additional cleaning, or other environmental changes.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
All prices may change without notice depending on site inspection and treatment conditions.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
A 1.5% surcharge applies to card payments (Visa / MasterCard).
